Summary
This study tested whether nelfinavir, a drug originally used for HIV, can shrink Kaposi sarcoma tumors in the skin. It included 36 adults with Kaposi sarcoma, some with HIV and some without. Researchers measured how many people had their tumors shrink or disappear after taking the drug.
