Summary
This study is testing a portable device called FlowOx to see if it can help heal foot ulcers in people with diabetes. Participants will use the device at home for one hour, twice a day, for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves blood flow in the toes and helps the wounds get smaller.
