Summary
This study is testing a program that distributes a new type of syringe designed to reduce the spread of HIV and hepatitis among people who inject drugs. It will run in nine low- and middle-income countries, gathering feedback from drug users and measuring infection rates. The goal is to find the best way to provide these safer syringes and see if they effectively prevent disease.
