New Nano-Coated implant could improve neck surgery recovery

Summary
This study compares two types of implants used in neck fusion surgery for people with pinched nerves or spinal cord compression. Half of the 200 participants will receive a new cage with nanoLOCK technology, while the other half will get a standard cage. Researchers will track swallowing problems, bone fusion, and pain to see if the new implant leads to better recovery.
