First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a short, daily neck stretching routine can improve neck movement and reduce pain in medical students who often have neck stiffness from long hours on computers. About 75 students will first go 7 days without stretching, then do a 5-minute stretch routine for 7 days. Researchers will measure changes in neck motion and pain levels to see if the routine helps.
