Summary

This study aims to see if adding neck-strengthening exercises to standard balance training helps prevent falls in older adults. It will enroll 110 community-dwelling adults aged 65 and older who are at risk for falls. Researchers will compare the effects of a 6-week neck exercise program plus balance training against balance training alone.
