Zap vs. stretch: new study tests ways to ease chronic neck pain
NCT ID NCT06695949
Summary
This study compared two treatments for people with long-term, unexplained neck pain. One hundred adults tried either a specific exercise program or a treatment called percutaneous neuromodulation, which uses a fine needle to deliver gentle electrical pulses to nerves. The goal was to see which approach was better at reducing pain and improving daily function.
