Can your phone cure your neck pain? study tests home therapy vs Doctor's office

NCT ID NCT06842381

Summary

This study aims to see if treating chronic neck pain from home is as effective as going to a clinic. It will enroll 100 adults with long-term neck pain and randomly assign them to receive either remote (via phone/computer) or in-person therapy. Both groups will get the same 8-week program of gentle electrical stimulation and neck exercises, with researchers measuring pain levels, mobility, and quality of life.
