Summary

This study tested two ways to ease chronic neck pain: a treatment called percutaneous neuromodulation (using tiny needles to stimulate nerves) and a standard exercise program. One hundred adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months took part. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily activities.
