Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs to see which is better for improving posture and reducing neck pain in university students with forward head posture. 116 students were split into two groups, each doing a different set of exercises for 20 minutes, three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in head posture, pain levels, and how much the neck problems interfered with daily life.
