First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests two different physical therapy techniques—Mulligan joint mobilization and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization—to see which better reduces pain and improves neck function in people with chronic neck pain. Forty adults aged 18 to 65 with neck pain lasting at least three months will receive 12 sessions over four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and quality of life before and after treatment.
