New needle technique tested for lasting neck pain relief

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two radiofrequency needle techniques works better for reducing chronic neck pain caused by arthritis in the neck joints. Researchers will compare a standard straight needle approach with a newer three-pronged needle approach in 72 adults with persistent neck pain. The goal is to see which method provides longer-lasting pain relief and improved function over a 12-month period.
