First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether specific neck and shoulder blade exercises can reduce nerve sensitivity and pain in people with chronic neck pain. Eighty adults aged 18-36 with neck pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to either these stabilization exercises or standard therapy (heat, ultrasound, stretching). The main goal is to see if the exercises improve nerve mechanosensitivity, pain intensity, and posture.
