First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at small, often overlooked neck movements that happen when you turn or tilt your head. Researchers will measure these movements in 180 healthy young adults and people with neck pain, and see how they relate to disability, pain sensitivity, mood, and sleep. The goal is to better understand neck function and improve future assessments.
