Simple neck shot tested as new hope for stubborn PTSD

Summary
This study is testing if a simple injection of a sugar-water solution (D5W) into the neck can help people with PTSD that hasn't improved with standard treatments like therapy or medication. It will compare the D5W injection to a placebo injection of saltwater (saline). The goal is to see if this safe, office-based procedure can reduce PTSD symptoms and improve quality of life for participants.
