Summary

This study looks at whether combining neck strengthening with eye movement exercises can improve balance and reduce fall risk in adults aged 65 to 85. Forty participants will do supervised exercises twice a week for 30 minutes. Researchers will measure changes in neck movement, balance, and fear of falling.
