Summary
This study is testing whether a one-month program of specific neck exercises and posture advice can reduce headaches, stress, and sleep problems in teenagers who use smartphones heavily. Researchers will measure changes in headache pain, stress hormones, and sleep quality. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can help manage headaches linked to poor posture from phone use.
