NCT ID NCT07573722
First seen May 09, 2026 ยท Last updated May 09, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week neck exercise program could help reduce low back pain and improve pelvic alignment in 30 adults aged 30-60. Participants did specific neck movements in different directions. Results suggest a possible link between neck motion and back pain, but more research is needed.
