Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called tranexamic acid, given as a mist (nebulized) before surgery, can reduce bleeding during sinus operations. It involves 90 adults scheduled for elective sinus surgery. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose that improves the surgical experience by making the operating field clearer for the surgeon.
