New inhaled treatment tested in fight against ALS

Summary
This study is testing whether an inhaled medication called RNS60 can help slow the progression of ALS. It will involve 140 adults with early-stage ALS who will use a nebulizer to breathe in the treatment. Researchers will measure changes in physical function, breathing, quality of life, and survival to see if the treatment is effective.
