Could a nebulizer treatment ease allergies and asthma?

Summary

This study tests a new nebulizer treatment made from tiny particles from stem cells (hUC-MSC-sEV-002) for people with both allergic rhinitis and asthma. The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve symptoms and quality of life. About 18 adults aged 18-60 will inhale the treatment or a placebo daily for 2 weeks, and be followed for 6 months.
