This study creates large registries for non-communicable diseases (like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer) in sub-Saharan Africa. Researchers will track nearly 7,000 adults—both with and without these conditions—to collect better data and improve patient care. They will also study gut bacteria in Nigerians to explore links with colorectal cancer.
