Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called NBM-BMX for people with metastatic uveal melanoma, a rare eye cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to find the best dose, check for side effects, and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer. About 36 adults will take the drug as a capsule twice a day and visit the clinic regularly for checkups.
