New heart valve technology under scrutiny in major international study
NCT ID NCT07359898
Summary
This study aims to monitor the real-world performance and safety of the Navitor transcatheter aortic valve in 1000 patients with severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis. Participants will receive the valve implant as part of their standard care and be followed for five years to track outcomes like survival, stroke, and valve function. The goal is to gather comprehensive data on how this newer valve technology performs in everyday clinical practice across Europe and the UK.
