Summary

This early-phase study tested a new drug combination (navitoclax, venetoclax, and decitabine) in 6 adults with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that returned or didn't respond to initial treatment. The main goals were to find the safest dose and check for side effects. This research aims to improve options for people with hard-to-treat MDS.
