Summary
This study tests two drug combinations to prevent nausea and vomiting in 120 breast cancer patients receiving T-DXd therapy. One group gets NEPA plus megestrol acetate, the other gets NEPA plus dexamethasone. The goal is to find which combo works better and helps patients stay on treatment with fewer side effects.
