Summary
This study is testing whether adding a structured day of nature tourism activities to standard medication helps adults with major depressive disorder feel better. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets medication plus a nature activity day, while the other gets medication only. They will measure changes in depression and anxiety symptoms, and monitor sleep and stress levels using wearable devices.
