Hospital gardens tested as medicine for agitation and mood
NCT ID NCT07059390
Summary
This study will test if guided activities in hospital therapeutic gardens, like gentle gardening or nature walks, can help two groups of patients. For elderly inpatients with dementia, researchers want to see if it reduces agitation and restlessness. For patients recovering from a stroke or brain injury, they want to see if it improves mood and physical function during rehabilitation.
