Summary

This study explores whether nature-based tourism activities can improve symptoms in people with major depressive disorder. Researchers will measure changes in depression severity using standard scales. The goal is to understand how nature exposure might help through physical, mental, and social pathways. 86 adults aged 18-59 with moderate to severe depression are being recruited.
