First seen May 08, 2026 ยท Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a nature-based contemplation program could improve spiritual well-being and reduce grief symptoms in adults with moderate prolonged grief. 262 participants were split into three groups: one did nature contemplation, another simply noticed nature, and a third waited. The goal was to see if mindful nature activities offer extra benefits beyond just being outdoors.
