Summary
This study is testing whether three natural supplements—curcumin, resveratrol, and stinging nettle—can help improve symptoms and quality of life for veterans with Gulf War Illness. The trial involves 390 participants who served in the 1990-1991 Gulf War and meet specific illness criteria. Participants take capsules for eight months while researchers track changes in their physical and mental health through online surveys.
