Natural supplements tested as gentler path to pregnancy for PCOS
NCT ID NCT05767515
Summary
This study tested whether natural dietary supplements (myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, and acetyl L-carnitine) could help women with PCOS get pregnant. Researchers compared these supplements, alone and combined, to the standard drug metformin. The goal was to see if the natural options could improve ovulation, pregnancy rates, and reduce stress with fewer side effects.
