Can a soybean enzyme unlock better sleep and health?
NCT ID NCT07229521
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called nattokinase, an enzyme from fermented soybeans, can improve several health areas in people at risk for metabolic syndrome who also have sleep problems. Researchers will give about 80 participants either the supplement or a placebo for 12-week periods to see if it improves heart disease risk factors, sleep quality, memory, and gut bacteria. The goal is to see if this natural supplement can help manage multiple related health issues at once.
