Summary
This study tested a new clear gel called PuraSinus to see if it could make cleanings after sinus surgery more comfortable. Researchers compared it to standard dissolvable nasal packing in 30 patients who had surgery for chronic sinus disease. The main goal was to see if using the gel reduced patient-reported pain during the first post-surgery cleaning.
