New nasal spray offers hope for depression that Won't quit

Summary

This study is testing an experimental nasal spray called BPL-003, given with psychological support, for people with treatment-resistant depression. It aims to see if the spray is safe and how it affects the brain in 64 participants whose depression hasn't improved with at least two standard medications. The research will test one or two doses of the spray, either alone or alongside certain antidepressants.
