Summary

This study is testing whether a nasal spray called dexmedetomidine can quickly ease the symptoms of a panic attack. It will involve 400 adults who experience frequent panic attacks. Participants will receive either the active nasal spray or a placebo spray to see which one works better at reducing symptoms within 30 minutes.
