Could a simple nasal spray help kids avoid surgery for snoring?

NCT ID NCT05382494

Summary

This study tested whether a steroid nasal spray could help children with snoring and sleep-disordered breathing. It involved 130 children aged 3-12 who did not improve after first trying a simple saltwater spray. The main goal was to see if the medicated spray could reduce symptoms enough to lower the need for surgery to remove tonsils or adenoids.
