Summary
This study will look at problems with the side wall of the nose and the nasal septum in 25 people scheduled for septorhinoplasty (nose reshaping surgery). Surgeons will use different techniques to fix each issue, such as trimming enlarged turbinates or using grafts to support weak nasal valves. The goal is to see which methods work best for a straight nose and clear breathing.
