First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a nasal high flow device during a 6-minute walk test helps people with COPD walk farther and feel less short of breath. About 30 adults with COPD will be tested with and without the device. The goal is to see if this simple oxygen method can improve exercise tolerance.
