Summary
This study is testing a new treatment for arthritis in the kneecap joint. Doctors take cartilage cells from a patient's nose, grow them into a new tissue patch in a lab, and then implant it into the damaged knee. The goal is to see if this new implant works better than current standard surgeries at reducing pain and improving knee function over two years.
