Nose cells could repair Worn-Out knees in new trial

Summary
This study is testing if a new implant made from a patient's own nasal cartilage cells can help repair damaged knee cartilage and control arthritis pain. It will compare this engineered cartilage graft to standard platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections in 75 adults with arthritis under the kneecap. The main goal is to see which treatment provides better pain relief and function over two years.
