Summary

This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy, called narrative therapy, can help young people in Hong Kong who are experiencing moderate mental distress. About 770 participants, aged 12 to 24, will be assigned to either receive six therapy sessions right away or be placed on a waiting list. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, depression, and the participants' sense of control over their lives.
