Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called narlumosbart and targeted radiation to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can improve treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the bones. The trial will enroll 27 adults who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and helps patients live longer without the cancer growing.
