Summary

This study looks at whether children with narcolepsy type 1 prefer a new extended-release sodium oxybate taken once at night over the current non-extended-release versions. About 36 children will try both types and report which they like better. The study also checks safety, convenience, and how well the medicine controls sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness.
