Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (fluorouracil, leucovorin, and nanoliposomal irinotecan) in 48 adults with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has worsened after standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if the treatment can stop the cancer from growing for at least 4 months. Participants must have tried only one prior chemotherapy and be in good overall health.
