Summary

This study tests whether a Chinese medicine called Naoxuekang Dropping Pills can help prevent future strokes, heart attacks, or blood clots in people who recently had a brain bleed caused by high blood pressure. About 1,950 adults will take either the pill or a placebo for 90 days, alongside standard care, and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the pill reduces the risk of serious vascular events.
