Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a new drug called nanvuranlat in 480 adults with advanced biliary tract cancer that has worsened after prior treatment. Participants receive either nanvuranlat or one of several standard treatments. The main goal is to see if nanvuranlat helps people live longer. The study is currently recruiting.
