Tiny Light-Up particles hunt hidden cancer spread
NCT ID NCT06977126
Summary
This is the first-ever study in people testing a new imaging agent made of tiny particles called porphysomes. The goal is to see if these particles can safely travel through the body and light up where advanced gynecological cancers have spread, using a PET/CT scan. The study will enroll 24 patients to find the right dose and check for safety, not to treat the cancer itself.
