Summary
This study tests whether new nano-based treatments work better than the standard antibiotic paste for saving infected baby teeth. It involves 108 children aged 4-8 with a severely infected back baby tooth. Researchers will compare how well the different pastes control the infection and help the tooth heal over 12 months.
