NCT ID NCT07535372
First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a new, non-invasive treatment for rare genetic conditions that cause the skull bones to fuse too early. The approach uses custom-designed genetic medicines delivered via a special nano-ink gel applied directly to the skull. The goal is to slow or stop abnormal bone growth, reducing the need for repeated high-risk surgeries in children under 5.
